Humberto J. La Roche

Humberto J. La Roche is Principal Engineer in the Cisco Networking Engineering organization where he is responsible for 5G and wireless solution architecture. In his career of over twenty-five years in telecom, he has been responsible for LTE systems engineering, product management of IP multimedia systems and wireless soft switch products, product planning for optical networking, broadband access, and transport network design. He is listed as author in over twenty technical papers and as inventor on over 100 patents. Humberto also represents Cisco at the FCC Technical Advisory Council. He holds a PhD degree in Physics from The University of Texas at Austin.
