Peerapol Tinnakornsrisuphap received the B.Eng. degree from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand, the M.S. degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and the Ph.D. degree from the University of Maryland, College Park in 1998, 2000 and 2004, respectively, all in electrical engineering. He is currently with Qualcomm Technologies where he has worked a wide range of topics related to wireless communications and Internet of Things including low latency, low power protocol optimization, multi-hop and mesh networking, and smart algorithm utilizing machine learning. His current focus is on the emerging use cases of wireless technologies such as XR and distributed computing.
